The Rotavirus Group A and Norovirus GI/GII RT-qPCR Kit is suitable for qualitative detection of Rotavirus Group A (RVA), Norovirus (NV) RNA in anal swab samples and feces samples. The test results can be used for the auxiliary diagnosis of Rotavirus Group A (RVA), Norovirus (NV) infection, and provide molecular diagnostic basis for the early diagnosis of diseases and the preliminary screening of high-risk groups of diseases. They should not be used as the sole basis for diagnosis or exclusion, and the disease conditions must be comprehensively analyzed in combination with clinical manifestations of patients and other laboratory tests.
